Refund & Return Policy

At Andratees, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed, and unused items in their original condition with all original tags and packaging (if applicable).

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we'll provide return instructions.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or received the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll be happy to help arrange an exchange, subject to product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Worn, washed, or altered merchandise

• Items damaged after delivery due to misuse

• Clearance or final sale items (if marked as such)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or we shipped the wrong item.
